I've never had an issue with a six line being mean. The one I have now is not mean at all either.... Can't believe a six line would beat up on a maroon clown! Great looking additions. Those maroons look great in the coral!

Yours is just dead that's why!!! :D

A fight broke out between my Onyx Clowns and the Maroons. The male maroon has more fin damage and the female maroon is hiding somewhere else in the tank. Not sure where. Hope this works out.

The six line was Gmoneys and he sold it to me because of aggression. It has been peaceful in my tank, until this latest addition.

Pulled all my other clowns out. The maroons had abandoned the anemone because of the black and white clowns and the six line were still beating them up. We spent about a half hour scaring away the six line until they discovered it was safe to go back to their anemone. Hopefully they'll be left alone now and can heal up.

You should get rid of the sixline too. If you plan on adding any more fish. Just saying...

I find this so odd that you guys think six lines are mean! I'm just speaking from my experience though which is not that much compared to yours... This is the second one that I have owned and both were perfectly fine!

Give it time Ryan, hope yours is the exception and not the rule.

Does the aggression come with time or are they usually mean from the beginning? I have seen my six line have parts of it's tail missing from time to time so maybe something in my tank is keeping it inline??

Usually it's just aggression to new fish

My sixline wasn't mean but I added him last so he was the new guy. Too bad he got stuck in overflow and went bye bye....
