I already have the tank and a Hydor 550.
This will be bare bottom and everything but spa frag tank

My question is....

Do I run a filter with carbon?

Skimmer?

What should I do lighting wise?

Just want some input I have ideas just not sure what I want!

It won't have a sump and ill be making egg crate racks for it.

Also do I need another power head? I was thinking if I run a filter it should be good for flow? Yes? No?

In a 20 gallon I would definitely run a power head. The filter alone would not be enough flow.

Well I am, I said I have the Hydor 550 I was wondering if I should run more as its a 20 gallon long not regular.

wanna get this set up asap come on people lol

I would run carbon and a skimmer. For lights, I would go LED with one of the Reef Breeder fixtures.
