Should I forget about the phyto fuge for now and save money to buy a ro unit?

Phyto cultures can be made easily in a 1 gallon jar, air bubbler, no need to drip phyto constantly though or to make a rotifer culture. Easier to just stick to frozen and freeze dried foods like LRS reef frenzy and BRS Reef Chili as they work well

Aiptasia is the worst though and kills everything else, make sure to dip anything. Also xenia is a ridiculously fast grower

yes 4 stage is perfectly fine, just check that your city doesnt use chloromines in their water

I don’t think the gulf kind are dangerous because I know someone here keeps em in his DT with a gem tang

The problem is you dont know if the excess nutrients are something like silicates or worse like copper, which could be detrimental in fish tanks

better to fill stuff up outside as it is super easy to forget and let a bucket overflow on the floor, then your mom will kill you

I’m going to make a custom stand with 2x4s and cut 2x6s from my tech ed teacher. He is going to help me and make sure it works out and then I’m going to put a cool reef themed paint on it
