This is a list of events across the country that I know of. It is not where I will be next. I made it to 10 events last year, 8 the year before. I missed more than a couple....
Originally it was to help the swap organizers know when other events were happening. Many dates have/had 5, 6 or more swaps on the same day, sometimes only 50-60 miles away from each other. Frustrating for many attendees and vendors.
With there being so many now, multiple events on the same day is the norm. Working with the venues forces others to have very few choices when they can hold theirs.
