Happy Holidays Reefers!!! I am starting a 225 gallon build and have purchased the tank used. It is a 72x24x30 225 gallon center overflow. First thing will be to get it cleaned and leak tested, then I will remove the center overflow and install 2 ghost overflows. Either Reef Savvy or similiar. I will have a custom stand made of steel for it and if the price is right, it will be powder coated! Im really excited to piece this together in the months to come!!! Thanks for tagging along!!

Shout out to Mark Osugi of Advanced Aquatic Solutions and Brady Evans of Cactus Corals for helping with loading the tank and taking the road trip for this beast. We were never lost on the journey, just slightly misguided due to Google Maps!!!!

Started cleaning the tank this weekend with vinegar/water and removed the old overflow. Tank was drilled for 2 inch drain and 1-1/4 inch return. I wasnt thrilled on a single drain so I will be incorporating a coast 2 coast overflow on this build. Tank took about an hour to clean, the hard part was removing the old overflow.
