My fish are Wings fans! But here's a recent FTS (not wonderful, but my camera's batteries died after this shot):

Looks nice, any thoughts on adding some more rock? It would really allow for some more coral placement and of course aid in filtration.

Yes to the rock, but it's hard to get pieces in the shape I'd like around here without paying a ridiculous amount for shipping. The next time I head up to Grand Junction I plan to find a few thin pieces that I can drill some small holes in to put frags. That and I'd like to get the rock structure a bit higher. I do plan to get more rock though!

Thanks for looking, guys!

Sounds like a plan. Have you considered drilling the rock? I did so in my last tank set-up and couldn't be happier with the height and structures we were able to make. At least something to consider. Good luck with your tank.

Ric rock coming along! I haven't stuck them to the rock yet, but there's what I have for it.

So last night I saw my goby rip my large serpent starfish limb from limb. It was pretty gruesome. I think I'm going to ask the LFS if she'll take him because he's too much of a terrorist for my tank. Pulling the severed limbs out of the tank was interesting because they were all still moving... He's also killed various hermits, snails and cleaner clams.

My BTA ate two cleaner shrimp and two peppermint shrimp, eesh.

Hey Cherish! great looking tank so far. I have always loved corners, and that christmas tree is amazing. as far as adding rock, you don't have to add live rock, just find a nice porous piece of dead rock and add it. in time it too will become live as organisms spread to it. I would go slowly. You could make your own as well. anyshape you want

Some changes in tankland! I got rid of Oscar the goby for being a huge bully and just a jerk in general. The LFS happily took him for store credit and I have ordered a hi fin red banded goby/pistol shrimp pair to replace him. I've added a few more yumas and a couple more zoas/palys as well as about 5lbs more of LR. Cleaner shrimp were $20 off at the not-so-LFS last night so I picked one up to replace the two the anemone ate. Here are some images of the new additions!

Thanks for the comments, I really appreciate it!

For those who were wondering, I got the X-Mas tree from saltwaterfish.com... it looks like they just had some more come in stock this week.

New pictures coming soon... I just got quite a few new things and some more are coming tomorrow!
