Just wanted to get out a couple baseline pics of this acro. I hope it enjoys my system parameters.

Tried to get a picture of my damselfish. Serious pain to get him to stay still. Please ignore bubble algae ;) . I'm saving it for something special

Anyways I will introduce my yellow tail damselfish. I completed TTM and 3 weeks in observation in may/june.
He has been a shockingly efficient pod destroyer.

Got home early today. Snuck in to check on the tank and found skimmer overflowing. Panic set in as I was trying to figure out why my rock solid skimmer is suddenly overflowing. Just finished completely opening skimmer outlet when I realized the sump was quite full of water.. Yup, ro reservoir completely dumped into system.
Anyone using a better float valve for their redsea sump?

I got rid of my Red Sea ATO and went with the AutoAqua smart ATO. I had went through 3 of their float valves with multiple issues. Not to mention the reservoir would condisate too often because the temp in the reservoir was lower than the sump temp.

I tore the float valve apart cleaned and rebuilt it. So far it is working as it should but I am looking to do something different.

My ORA filefish. I really enjoy watching this fish. Just floats along the currents in a very care free manner. I got the filefish hoping it would have a taste for aiptasia but that has been a total failure. It does eat almost anything I put in the aquarium though and hunts pods constantly. Curious to see what this fish will be like long term.

Just a quick update.
First up, I made the switch from mp40's to tunze 6105's.

next update, my ORA filefish has been a complete failure. Has more interest in eating coral than aiptasia. The only lps he hasn't taken chuncks out of are ONE of my 6 acan colonies my duncans and hammer. So far those 3 are the only untouched pieces. Conclusion I may have to get rid of this guy.

Finally, the magnificent foxface I got from diversden is doing good. Had a few concerns. I realized he is missing an entire pectoral fin and somehow he hasn't grasped the idea that the coral banded shrimp gets moody if his area is occupied.

Well I made it back from house shopping.
Found my beautiful stag upside down in the yuma farm.... They sure did go rough on this guy

Also found my snipers blue upside-down in the middle of zoanthids.. This one seemed to make it out in okay condition.

Last bad news is my filefish went on an acan rampage... time to isolate this fish..

Walked in to see a great opportunity to snag a quick picture of the new scutes compliments of my gigantic snail

Also figured I'd get a picture of this piece that is packing on some size
