Here's a picture of how I had it earlier. Which one gets the vote? I do need to isolate one of the rock pieces for my GSP [emoji4]

I'll play around with it some more this weekend. I know there's a few things I need to have: some highs and lows for different light sticks, one isolated rock for my GSP, one rock for the zoa garden and open spaces in the sand for my euphyllia and acans. LOL!

Well, you ARE Picasso, so I'm sure it will be a masterpiece! Looks great though man. It's making me itch to get home and get that 34 up and running haha.

Man it's been so much work I'm wiped out! The last time I set up a tank was 13 years back and that was a ready made tank out the 'box.' Just hook up the hoses start the siphon and it was ready to cycle! That has been a whole lot more work but it's been a great learning experience and I can now sit back and just enjoy the tank. Well in a few weeks once the cycle has completed. Today is day 2! Woot woot!!

I agree. I'm digging the current rockscape. I wouldn't change it.

Although those power cords hanging down are an eyesore.

If only there were a way to hide those............anyone ever done something like that? [emoji1437][emoji1437][emoji1437]

Where you 20 mins back before I decided to move two pieces around and created a sandstorm?!

Not everyone is as fly as you, Chris with fancy hoods. Now if only we can work on your choices in adult beverages. Operative word there being adult [emoji6]

I played around with the rocks a little but finally decided to stick to the way I had them. Give me a good area to spread out the sticks and have some empty sand bed area for the euphyllia and an isolated rock for the GSP

Tagging along, haven't ever seen these lights in person but may go with them on my next build.

I've been very satisfied with the build quality. They're not cheaply built at all. Very solid and a clean look. I know of a few people who have these and our LFS also has a few on their stock tanks and everyone has been happy with them, so I thought I'd go with them. Can't beat the price either at ~$170 a pop. The only downside (for me at least) is that they're not Apex controllable. Then again, that is the case with most Chinese box LEDs.
