I started my first saltwater tank a little over a month ago slowly perfecting it.
I have:
(Equipment)
40 Gallon breeder
VIPARSPECTRA lighting
Fluval skimmer
Aqueon QuietFlow 30
Hydor 565gph wavepump
This is where I started to upgrade after 2 weeks of learning for what I want I needed at least a 40gl (started with a 20gl).
Bashsea 30 Signature Series sump
Ehiem 100w Heater
Eshopps PF-300 OverFlow
Small hand on side refugium (for chaeto and copepods)
(Livestock)
Frostbite Clown (female) paired to Snow Onyx clown (male)
Harlequin Shrimp *female it just gave birth clowns had a feast :'(
Emerald Crab
Paraplegic CC starfish
Caribsea Fiji Pink sand 40lbs
Caribsea Life rock 30lbs
*Corals
Tri-colored Hammer
Devils Armor zoa
Hollywood Stunner chalice

My plan is to add a mandarin already have a nice copepod culture going in my tank and refugium and will add a 6oz bottle every 2 weeks
create a nice zoa garden and maybe adding a baby blue hippo tang or something else
I'm currently saving for the Apex Cor-20 so I can start my sump and put the current filter on my quarantine tank
Should have it this upcoming week please feel free to give me some advice/tips and opinions on what should I upgrade and add?
Especially on my drain I didn't learn about the importance of redundancy in this hobby till after I bought an overflow with one drain...
