I am slowly collecting equipment for my first larger aquarium.
I have 3 57” AI blades arriving tomorrow that I got a good deal on.
My question is - does this limit me to a 5ft tank? Or would these be perfectly fine on a 6ft tank? I plan on hanging them from the ceiling.

5’ lights work fantastic on a 6ft tank!

6’ lights would spill excessively over the sides of a 6’ tank, unless that issue was designed around…

I have a 57" bar on the front of my tank for supplimentary lighting, if you went wider you would get lots of spill down the sides.

Should work fine - i do also have smaller bars at right angles though at the ends pointing back in.

They will work fine over a 6 foot tank. I ran 57” Blades over my 6 foot peninsula for 9 months
