Stand is finally finished.
Handles on.
Also if anyone ever tells you wax works great as lube on wood draws thats WRONG it causes bad sticking I ended using petroleum jelly aka vasoline for the lube for the hidden door and it slides like a hot knife though butter now. When I first installed it you could barely get it in and out with out using every but of strengh in your body. What a tight fit.
I also put some temporary cusions for the corners they are sharp to bump into.

So I added ammonia Dec 28th added bio spira the 29th my ammonia levels dropped with in 24hrs to 0. I contiunued to ghost feed. my nitrite levels have been sky high until today. They started to drop from 5-4 ppm down to today they are .5 ppm, and still dropping.

So my opinion is that bio spira works to help cycle a tank quickly but definitely not in 24hrs. Its seems to bring the cycle down to about 7-9 days.

I did the same thing with my most recent new tank. It made it faster but not instant by no means.

Well I had planed to get two fire fish but they still had them in quarantine at the fish store. So my wife bought 1 very tiny clown fish. Were going back this weekend to see if there out of quarantine yet.

Nah they will pair up and one will get larger than the other and they will become male and female. Then they pair up. In my opinion clowns don't do as well alone.

Fire fish added
Green star polyp added
And royal gamma added unable to get a picture, so far he likes to hide most of the time.
And some macro algae added, if anyone can ID it, that be helpful. I was trying to get some pods growing so they sold me macro algae.

The amount of random stuff you know amazes me. When it comes to macro algea, it's green. That's my knowledge lol.
Got to remember I've been in this hobby since I was 13 or 14 and I turned 51 last month so I've had quite awhile to absorb things. Still learning tho!
