Well, wasn't able to pull pics together for my 75G build, as they were lost in a disk crash... However, having to disassemble my 75 to have the house fumigated for 3 days left me wide open to start a new tank, as I outgrew the 75 rather quickly...
I will post pics as I go. Tank is 72x24x24, internal overflow with a 2" bulkhead in the left rear corner, and 2 1" returns coming in the back right and back middle with dual lock lines on both. Lighting will be 3 Hamilton 250W HQI ballasts with 3 Single ended Radium 20,000K 250W bulbs, supplemented with 4 36" T5HO's. Sump is being hand built, but will probably hold close to 90 gallons... Flow will be upwards of 3500GPH...
Gonna be a sweet tank!

Sounds like it's gonna be sweet! What parts are you going to be putting together and what are you getting assembled? Like custom stand/canopy or what?

Tank/Stand/Canopy are commercial pieces, standard 72x24x24, stand is 32" tall, I think...
Sump will be made from scratch... Not sure if it will be glass or acrylic yet, depends on what we find for material that is the least expensive and readily at our grasp...
Skimmer will be my Reef octopus pro 250... Keeping my 18W UV as well... Everything else from the 75 will be sold off... Return pump will be external, probably need a chiller since I am going with the MH Lighting...
Fuge will be built into the sump... Looking at probably 55-60 inches long, 20 inches wide and 20 inches deep for the assembly. Going to run a 1" SCWD on the returns...

Well, here are the first pics.
I am building the sump out of my old 75G Display tank.
Had to build a stand for the skimmer so I can run it in the planned 14" of water!

Looks good so far, what are you looking at doing in terms of corals and rock scape? There is so much you can do with all that space!

Cant wait to see some more pictures...so far so good. I dig your lighting choice - Radium 20K have such an awesome color plus your T5HO should be nice...i assume they will be all blue for actinic look.

Ok,
Built the sump from my 75G DT... The overflow from the tank comes into an "inverted overflow box". a corner overflow in the sump with a 1" gap between the bottom of the tank and the bottom of the overflow walls so water without bubbles goes thru.

A Durso made of 2" PVC won't fit in a 6.5" x 6.5" overflow box... SO, I trimmed the Tee and Elbow flat on the mating sides and glued them together... Fits like a champ!

Maybe I missed it but what kind of corals and fish are you planning on keeping?

I've got an assortment of Zoas, Palys, Some LPS and SPS from my 75G (Which is now my Sump!)
Fish, I have a Blue Hippo Tang, Vlamingi Tang, Purple Tang, Yellow tang, 3 Green Chromis, Melanurus wrasse, 2 Ocellaris Clowns and a lawnmower Blenny.
