got the tank up and now going fowl. I think I got hit with velvet. the fish that survived are in QT getting general meds at this point. still look really stressed. waiting for a bit longer to see if they snap out of it. they finally came out and swam today. but now in hiding. will wait a little bit longer and then start the copper treatment. hope my wrasse survives it....

::crosses fingers:: Good luck! I hope your Wrasse is ok, too.
So far I have just been treating them for general diseases. hoping they'll be good until I get back from my vacation. I don't want to start the copper treatment until I get back. I think the fiancé is already overwhelmed with the feeding and all my instructions I left for her to do while I was gone.

green and purple torches..jpg
a few new additions to the tank. torch corals. purple and green torches. they were happy when went to bed woke up and bam they were gone. laying on the ground. I don't know if it was to strong of current or if my mini carpet did it or if the shrimp knocked them over. but it has to stop.

Nothing much new to the tank. Added a chaeto reactor. Works well. I only turn on the light every other day. And a co2 scrubber. That will be interesting. Alot of learning with the scrubber. What works what doesn't. So far I found that keeping the air lines cleaned every few days helps with the air flow. And going to add a humidifier to it.
