yes you right . some time italian guy's are like this . no logic at all , but yes our glass are more clear and Hardness
I have seen both Starfire and Elos diamond glass. Until u see it side by side then you will appreciate the clarity of Elos glass. I didn't chose it cause they call it diamond or sapphire lol they can name it any name they want. The glass is invisible see through.

What ballasts do you plan on running the radiums on ? pulse start M155? M135? M108 ballasts or galaxy's are best.

Electronics ballast less heat smaller and more efficient

I understand,
Personally I'd go with a different brand of bulb if you opposed to using magnetic HQI ballasts.
Radiums only really get their notoriously great results when run on the right ballast.
If you are going electronic ballasts I'd stick with a Hamilton bulb.

Wow this is super exciting, its going to be amazing. Can't wait to see. I was lucky enough to pick up a used Elos for my first real build after my first nano reef and I'm beyond impressed with the tank/stand, it has really set my standards high for the future, if only my budget could keep up. People regularly comment on how amazing the glass makes things look. So glad the tank is still on its way to you!!
