Sump layout so far I will probably change things as the build goes on. Had to send in the bottom plate on the skimmer. The plastic bolt that secures the bubble plate down broke during shipment, I-Tech is fixing it at no charge. The sump is a 30 Breeder FYI.

I am working on the light right rack now, will see how it goes.

tank size is 48"x18w"x16" tall. I am running a vortech mp40w es and a mp10w es for flow in the display. Including a Eheim 1262 back to the display. Here is my manifold I built in order to run reactors off the Eheim as well. The sump is a 30 breeder.

I found the fitting on a auction site which is designed for spas. Its (1) 3/4" split into (4) 3/4" pvc outlets. The manifold so far work like a charm.

Someone asked how far the overflow box sits below the top edge of the display.
The very top of the overflow box sits 1/4 inch below the rim. But I did modify the box and cut the teeth down further because I didn't like where the water line was. So I would recommend to set the box at 5 or 6/16" below the rim. Hope this make since.
