We finished settling into the new house [emoji536] and I placed the tank in its final resting place...
Unfortunately most of my coral and some of my fish [emoji225] were lost in the transition [emoji53]
So I decided to take my time and not set up in a rush...

just stumbled onto your build thread here and was amazed that this was the same tank i have watched on youtube over and over again! hope the move has gone well and everything is going as planned! i have been thinking about upgrading to a larger tank from my 240G but seeing and reading stuff like this really doesnt help me make a decision!

I made the mistake of taking on too much at once (construction on my future home, building the bones of my future tank, trying to sell my old home, running a construction company, being a father, and being a husband.) Attempting so much left me little time to over see the correct transfer of fish [emoji225] & correct care of a temporary sps tank...
I would have admitted to not being able to “do it all” and allowed reef friends to adopt my creatures while I focused on my move.
