Nevermind. I see your video. It looks like it has a couple of dips in it. Eliminate those dips and the air won't get trapped there.

Fish are ok , lost some stuff. Oddly just a monti. The bigger colonies seemingly ok. Except one.

I neglected mine after my ac went out in the house. I didnt even think about consumption dropping from a heat event but it will. Dosing 110ml of alk a day in a 80g system will skyrocket alk. I had never seen a hanna out of range for alk before that happen

Coral care is mostly back in the right direction.

Biggest news is I sprung for a chaoti wrasse finally, and a clown tang.

Clown tang is settled the mirror trick stopped his doom.


However the chaoti wrasse hasn't eaten much of what I've fed the last few days. Here's what I tried and have in the works.

- dried mysis, krill, calanus shrimp, pellets, blood worms
-nutramar paste on glass
-my sump algae with live bristles and pods and everything, copperband loves this stuff
- currently hatching brine from eggs

Any other thoughts on getting the chaoti with wrasse to eat?

Sorry, not as active as usual. Chaoti are very difficult; they are the most difficult of the leopards. You are feeding what is best, but if it has a mouth injury, all you can do is hope it heals. Transport is rough on leopards and they seem to injure their sensitive mouths easily.

I don't think I mentioned a mouth injury, did you see something from the picture or just think that's a common factor?

I'll keep trying. He seems to be pecking at the glass at times. Could be pods or something it sees. Or flat worms etc.

The tanks full of microfauna. The red coris and yellow coris love it same with the copperband.
