And just like that, we are ready to full er up with water and get this show on the road! The last task at hand is to finish the RODI which will hopefully happen in a couple of days! Let me know what you guys think or if there’s anything that looks blatantly wrong.

This looks fantastic! I am just starting to build a 75 gallon tank. I'm struggling to put together which overflow, sump and return line. There only seems to be wrong ways and opinions. Looking for the right way is very elusive. I've promised the wife I will DIY what I can and not blow tons of cash (wrong hobby, I know).

Thank you so much! Yeah I understand the DIYing for sure. I personally went with the trigger systems sump and the Fiji overflow box and I’m very happy with it so far!

The tank is fully cycled and the first two fish have been put in and are doing great! The first real round of fish hopefully happens this week and I’ll continue to let the tank mature before thinking about corals! (Lights are just on for the photo )

First test corals are in and I am so excited! So far we have a couple of ricordea mushrooms, purple tip Frogspawn, teal hammer, 3 types of scans and two plating montis. We’ll see how these guys do for 2-3 week and as long as everything is looking good the first few acros will go in! Can’t wait!

Wow it’s been a minute, like a long minute, but the tank is doing incredibly well! We’re almost 9 months into the progression of this tank from the day it was set up and everything has slowly but surely settled in. I feel as if the tank is hitting its stride and most of the acros are starting to take off with growth which is great to see. Even picked up some new frags from a local hobbiest with the worlds worst photos but I’m tired today. It’s been an adventure with ups and plenty, I mean plenty of downs but sticking through the challenges make it that much more rewarding in the end!
