Hope this isn't out of bounds. Reef aquarium principals applied. My client wanted a large reflective koi pond to build their home around located in the living area. Challenges.
Koi need heavily oxygenated water( there goes the reflection idea)
Humidity control for a large body of water indoors surrounded by windows.
And many other challenges.
