Nice! Mine won't look nearly that good. Just fixing stuff so we can sell to a flipper next year. Way too much work here to be worth it to me.

We bought our house (mid 80s) and it was last owned by an old cat lady. it STANK!

I redid the floors, replaced trim, painted the walls, we got repiped, replaced the fence, refinished the pool, reno'd the kitchen, both bathrooms are up next then it's sell time!

We are moving to ATL area in a few months and are already drooling over houses! You can get MUCH more house for your $$ in developed GA vs developed FL.

We are doing a slow flip

we sold a 1400 sqft 3 bed 2 bath 2 year old house (built new by us) in Nashville and bought a 2300 sq ft, 4 bed 2.5 bath plus full basement and 0.7 acres next to a lake and had enough left over for a kitchen remodel and a new guest suite addition. Suwanee, ATL north Burbs

We haven't locked down a location. North Northeast, I got laid off on 3/30 and I'm looking for employment in Atlanta area. So it depends on that.

My must have is a full basement, fish room and workshop incoming!

Plus it's closer to space camp.

And you can backcountry camp in state Parks, if that's your thing.

I would look but we are moving closer to my wife's parents, and I swore long ago I would never live again in Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, or Mississippi haha.
