A few questions about the Vectra

Hi, just a few questions on the Vectra.

1. Is it UL listed?

2. Will I need to use transition cement to attach PVC to the blue coupling? (If so, is that cement reef safe)

3. Are the flow numbers given with the couplings attached?

4. For the M1 is 80 watts the max it will use and any less then 100% would use less?

Not sure about the UL listed part.
EcoTech recommends ABS to PVC cement to connect to the blue collars. I used the Oatey brand, and have not heard any body say that they were concerned about it being reef safe.
I think I read somewhere the flow numbers are with the PVC fittings and not the blue collars.
I can understand that because on both the M1 and L1 the outflows are restricted by the insert inside the blue collar.
But IMO the suction sides weren't. So on my closed loop L1 and return pump M1 I used the blue collars on the suction side and the optional pvc fittings on the return side.

I believe that the lower the pump is cranked up, the lower the wattage would be.
Can't say if the wattage used and amount of flow used would be equal or not.
1000gph = 40 watts?
