A friend needs help asap

he purchased what was supposed to be a mated pair of onyx picassos yesterday. They are fighting a lot. What can he do NOW?

If you're able to separate them temporarily until the one heals up that would probably be best. Do you have any other pictures? The discoloration around the head has me concerned. @Big G what do you think?

Consider pulling the fish into a QT and treat with methylene blue or Ruby Reef Rally. 1st choice: Like the RRR for the antiseptic and antibiotic qualities. MB has been around forever for treatment of injuries.
