A sea slug that swims and eats hair algae?

There is a video of it, looks pretty cool and interesting. A winged sea hare that swims like a fish and eats hair algae?!

Someone with a hair algae problem needs to buy this and report back to us

Sea hares (Anaspidea) are notorious for starving to death in captivity unless they have enough algae present/get cycled between tanks to let algae regrow to satiate their enormous appetites. In fact, some people will actually "rent" them from local aquarium stores because they decimate algae so quickly. Sea hares are also not very long-lived, only living about a year, and can release ink that can harm other aquarium organisms when stressed.
@reefcleaners used to offer these and claims that their swimming habits makes them vulnerable to hazards like pumps, overflows, and anemones:
