abyzz 400 issues

Have issue today then restart the return pump , tried to disconnect it for a few minutes still same error code any advise?

Says in the manual

Status: COMM FUa) Control unit communications failed a) Switch off the device and switch back on after 10 seconds

Try that and if it doesn’t work contact Abyss in Germany. They are very helpful if needed

as video show also "no sync" i read the instructions and have it for 5 years and never had this issue was hoping someone had same issue and it was a fix as i guess i have to wait tils next week to get hold of abyzz
