Accidentally bruised Copperband, should I be worried?

I was transporting my copper band for a freshwater dip as it seemed to be breathing fast. I then accidentally got it caught with a rock for a brief moment and it got bruised on one side. Other than breathing fast, this seems to be a very good copper band, eats like crazy and is super active. Holds its own against jerk clarkiis

Even after the dip and bruise, it immediately started eating when I put it back into the tank and is swimming normal. I have heard coppers are more susceptible to internal damage so I hope it is going to heal. Should I be worried?

(Had it for exactly a month)
