Moved my corals into my new 40b just yesterday. They were kept under 4x24w T5HO. I now have the RR LumenTek Pro 180 LED unit. Light is 12 1/2" from water surface. Currently running them at, channel 1 @10% for 5hrs, channel 2@30% for 6hrs and channel 3@10% for 2hrs. Does this seem ok for now while acclimating?

I don't have those leds, but it sounds like you are running them at 10% for 5 hours ramping up to 30% for 6 hours then down to 10% for 2, for a total light period of 14 hours?
Was this total similar to the light period with the T5's?
I think I would raise the intensity about 5% per week for 4 weeks.
Can you raise the intensity in 1% steps?
