Acclimation/ switching 10k to LED

I have a 54g corner. Currently using 250w 10k ushio that is 11mts old running 6 hours/day. LED is a 120 Evolution.
I'm growing sps and chalices on the sand. What kind of acclimation schedule should I use?

Many people have had luck by switching over the LEDS with a slightly shorter light cycle and placing a few layers of screen or eggcrate over the top of the tank to dissipate the light a bit.

Is it a dimmable led fixture? If so you can start with the lights dimmed lower and work it to the brightness you want... If not dimmable, go with the screen and less time way
