Achillies with ich and something

Hi everyone, noticed my very healthy achillies tang was showing ich last night in my 180g FOWLR tank. Started a copper power treatmwnt last night, today I see a round spot the size of a penny with some white spots. Any thoughts? TIA

This may be from an injury but is looking to be bacterial. For now, keep an eye on area for healing and not becoming red or sore. Should it approach that point, you can treat with Kanaplex while using copper Power at 2.25ppm with an air stone added
