The clownfish look healthy, but the tangs breathing rate has increased and there seems to be a water mark looking thing on one of the clownfishes head but other than that everything seems fine.

Not sure what you are describing about the clownfish, can you post a pic?

An increase in the tang’s respiration rate is more serious than the slightly elevated, but steady rate.

Ich won’t cause rapid breathing, not with a light infection. However, the fish isn’t stable, so I’d hold off moving it.

So with the clownfish, it has gone away, but it basically looked like the mark when water dries on glass on its forehead.
