My acro has white stuff all over it and it looks like it has not polyps. What is happening. It is under an ai prime at 80 percent in my 20 cube.
Alk 9.5
Phosphate 0.5
Ph 8
Calcium 450

Your Phosphate is at 0.5? That’s not good. Salinity, PAR?

P04 seems a tad high. How much flow do you have?
My salinity is 1.026 and I don't know the par. My flow is pretty high using the Nero three. I will mix up some water and do a 25 percent water change and see if that brings down the nutrients. should I run some gfo.

I would do an even bigger water change if possible. Running some GFO should help lower that P04 too.

should I run some gfo.

That’s hard to say because you want to be careful not to lower levels too fast. Generally you want those levels to be stable and in proper range before adding acros. You can try running some GFO, but I’d recommend doing a lot of testing to make sure it doesn’t change too fast.

Ok Ill run very little gfo and be careful thanks

You can get away with running higher nutrients and keeping sps. However you need elevated alk, cal, and mag, as well as blasting them with light+tighter stability for it to be realistic.
