I know this is probably redundant with all the lighting threads.
Please bare with me I'm trying to get my head wrapped around it all.

I run 2×12 inch black led boxes. One is considerably brighter made by Reef Radience. 120 watts, 90 optic.
Have it set to lowest settings over my mushroom tables at the moment.
No idea about par haven't tested anything to date.
I run shallow tables only 5 inches of water over frags.
I want to run sps but dont know if this light would be sufficient enough and dont want to screw up and rush and harm any coral and bleach them out etc..
Any input you can give will be greatly appreciated here!

Thank you

They can grow sps. But you really should use a par meter to decide how high to hang them and how strong to run them.

10 4 I know it's all about par and I have to get a meter.
What is proper par at frag plug or top of acro for success growing acros?
