how do you guys get such good polyp extension?

DJE the white on that frag is nice! It woukd be cool if the coral keeps it, what lights do you run over it? What are thoes specks on the base? They look suspicious but could be sand or pods or something.

It's the Hiller Aquamarine Jewel. Frags are hard to come by, somewhat, it's a classic collectors piece.
