Acropora crab keeps leaving coral

I have an Acropora crab that keeps leaving its Acro!
I keep finding him in my filter bag down below. I will fish him out and put him back in his Acro.
The next morning, he will be gone again.
Any ideas why he is doing this?
Should I move him to the Pocillipora that is on the other side of the tank and see if he likes that better?

did he come in an acro or did you buy him separately? alot of times crab only like one species or specific coral modeling type

Strange, mine never leave the acro colony. Do you have a pic of him?
