i will make a new router table this weekend, Im so tired of playing games.

If it were easy, then everyone would do it! I say don't waist your time on the router table, you can't controll the piece better than controlling the router. It would be much quicker to try it the way I described. Keep us posted, J

Bought 2 flush bits, gonna try it that way first buddy. your right it aint easy :)
