Should I be concerned with these spots? Not sure whether to take the risk and use it.

It’s a 120 gallon. I have Weldon 4 in custody. Did one attempt but doesn’t seem to be separated enough to take the liquid. Of course it could be because I didn’t have the tank laying down either.

i would consider welding in a 1/2" block across front inside of tank welded to top and front not the whole 4' but most of it :) another expert opinion @Joe Glass Cages, what do you think?:)

Lay the tank down lightly scrape the seam at the separations with a small pick or razor blade to break away anything keeping it from wicking, apply the Weldon in this orientation and see if it wicks then. If it does wick use large wood working clamps directly over the separations. I called my husband and asked this was his response. Lol

This is a good idea too! Would also create a ledge for a hood to sit on as well!

Ordered the 1/2” rods and the Weldon 16. Already have Weldon 4. Thanks so much everyone! I will post pics when it’s done. I plan to reinforce front and back, top and bottom. Can never be too safe right? I’m thinking the sides will be ok.
