You are looking for a 65% K for the whole tank or a 200 par reading if you have the ability of getting your hands on a par meter.

UV 40%
Violet 50%
Royal 100%
Blue 100%
Green 15%
Red 20%
White 25%
These are maximum settings. Do a 2 hr ramp up with 6 to 8 hrs max, then 2 hr ramp down

The depth of the tank is important. I have a 21" deep tank and run my Hydra's a little higher. Primes are not as intense and the Hydra's and I think this would be a good start point

Those settings are perfect!!! Thank you! I had to double check and make sure everything was good to go because I am adding 2 golden torches and a pink flower pot today
