Add more light or rocks ?

Hi, i have a chinese a7+ led, 100w on a 20 gallons (18"x18"x18"), i keep easy SPS (montipora confusa, stylophora, birdnest).

My danoplus par meter, give me a range of PAR (180-240)
The SPS's are growing, i read everywhere that SPS need to be at least near 250-300 PAR to thrive, my tank is really stable right now, i don't want to messup with adding more rocks to gain height.

Is 180-240 PAR range enough ? thx

I think you answered your own question. If the corals are growing then no need to change anything,
