Adding to Aquascape ?

Want to add to my current aquascape and add an arch between 2 tall rocks. What's the best way to go about it without pulling out the rocks in my tank?

If your current scape is secure, you can build an arch "cap" with a few pieces of dry rock and epoxy. Once it's cured, pop it in the tank on top of your current pieces (super glue can secure it too) and you should be good!
