Luckily for the old tank I was able to find a local person who took everything before I moved they went to a good home.

Now I start my new journey with the new tank

Algae barns nitrotcycle and fritz turbo start 900, got me to 0 ammonia in 5 days, nitrates are about 20 to 25 ppm. Going to do a small water change before fish are added to drop it a bit more and looking at doing a small amount of a macro algae to dial in my refugium lighting times plus start a copepod habitat in the sump. Also need to build a stubby skimmer stand to lift my skimmer about an inch for it to be in the sweet spot

First fish and coral are in! The pictures are a day after they were introduced. The duncan opened up within a few hors of being acclimated and added (even after a dip) the clowns acclimated and are doing wonderful, in the future hoping they find either a coral, or when I feel its safe to add an anemone they will host the anenome. They mostly stick together but aren't afraid to wander a bit from each other.

This diffuser works wonderfully on my lights, and thank you for getting them for me. Its a big difference in the hard disco effect, and how much bleed against the wall and such.

Those do look pretty cool. And the disco ball effect is what drove me back to T5's.

Sorry about being horrid at updating, lost some corals and some I thought I lost have come back primarily my idaho grape Monti. My forest fire Monti has come back as well, I sadly lost two fish I tried to add to my longnose, my mistake totally forgot that they are territorial, so needing to get a trap to catch the bugger and time him out in the sump when I add new fish.

A couple of pics
