I had a duh moment. They supply cable brackets for the new hydra lights because the cable is too thick.

But new question. The cutout return cover or the plumbing on the WB 70.2 won’t fit the mount of the HMS to be mounted with the tightening knob facing in. But when you swap it so it’s facing out the mount is very sagging.

Any suggestions?

Well it seems there’s a different style clamp that works with the HMS. Anyone have one or can tell me where to get one? I have the large plastic clamp.
This is what I’m looking for:

The instructions for the hms are very outdated. Another thing you will run into is that the screw that tightens the bracket on the light to the hms is metric, it’s the only metric screw on the whole assembly, the allen wrench provided is too small.
i’m not sure i understand your fitment issue, but on mine my tank has edge trim and i had to tilt the vertical arm dow to get the clamp under the front of the edge and then stood it up and basically assembled the whole light on the tank.

The tank clamp I have looks like this and is in the way of the lid and return plumbing.

If I place it as pictured via the HMS instructions with the knob facing in you get a very sturdy feeling mount once the weight of the light and rails are on (not pictured)

but what happens is it is in the way of the lid and the plumbing (which isn’t in place yet)

If you turn the mount around it looks like everything will fit but the mount is clearly meant to work with the knob facing inward because once the weight of the light and rails are in the clamp it no longer feels sturdy and is sagging.

Did you ever solve this dilemma and find the other bracket? I am running into this same problem on a Reefer 525.

I did, Waterbox helped me out and contacted AI directly and had one shipped to me. The times I contacted AI they said there wasn't such a thing. So, I'm unsure what is the correct way about going about getting one. I've since moved on to a mount that is outside of the overflow box and now have it as an extra part.

Thanks. If you decide to part with yours, I'd buy it from you.
