Ai Prime 16HD wont run schedule.

Hey all,

I'm having trouble getting my 2 Ai Prime 16hds to run their schedule. I downloaded one of the recommended lighting schedules directly from AIs website. It works perfectly on my original Ai Prime (non hd) but I cant get my 16hds to do anything.

When I run the "schedule preview" the lights do run through the entire schedule no problem and all leds work properly. Ive tried turning off Moonlight, acclimation mode is off.

Should I try reseting the lights and see if that fixes the issue? The time is correct and it does go through the schedule, the lights just dont turn on.

Edit: Forgot to mention all lights have brand new lenses, so that can be ruled out.

Have you tried the Mobius app instead?

I have not, but ive seen it mentioned on different threads. Is it a better alternative to the MyAI app?

Yes, I updated the firmware 6 months or so ago after I installed the new lenses. I will double check when I get home but they should both be up to date.

What time did you want them to turn on ?
That schedule looks like it turns on at 11 and off at 9

Have same issue with old AI 16HD Prime. Tried AI app and Apex IOTA. It works for 2-3 days and than lights are off. I will try to put light on manual mode and control by timer. I use it for Refugium , so no ramp necessary.
