AI Prime Issue?

Hi Everyone,

Ive had 2 AI Prime 16’s for about a year and I just had an issue arrise today. My lights usually turn on at 10AM, however, they were not on. I eventually got everything to work somehow but now coming to nighttime, my lights turned off at 9PM and they are not set to turn off until 11PM on their schedule. The light on the top of both is solid green so there are no issues with connection. I updated both firmware’s today just incase as well.

Any leads on how to fix this?

did you check the time zone on them? Every so often they will lose the correct time or time zone.

i had this problem one day with mobius after daylight saving time. I'm an Mountain time and it jumped to Eastern. Took 2 seconds to fix once i seen it in the app. I use xr15 radions. Love app.
