AI Prime update didn't work. Now no lights!

Is anyone have trouble with an AI Prime update? It stopped my light unit from working. The unit will not transmit a Wifi signal after the update. Hope this is resolved quickly.

Did you review the firm ware up dates.

I have to delete the old firm ware file before I can update to a new one, just a thought.

I checked the AI support site. It looks like they have lots of issues. Can't find any updates, aside from reloading the app which I've done many times

I did a hard-reboot of the prime led light. I was able to control the light with my OLD windows computer on the other side of my house. Not exactly what I wanted. My iPhone 6 wouldn't work. No response from the Help Desk at AI. I'm using the prime as a supplemental led on my reef. I'm glad it's not my main light source. I guess when you buy the budget model, you get budget service.

Have you tired re-installing the app? I have andriod and it updated fine like I stated.. lights were off for about 5 minutes while it did its update .

Mine would show all the intensities at 0% but still put out a bit of lunar. I had to keep resetting the app to make it work, but now all is well.

FYI,

I spoke with Customer Support at AI. They confirmed they had a problem with the Iphone App update. He indicated that only PC and Android applications work. He indicated that they are awaiting Apple to approve the new fixes.

Wow I hope AI comes up with a solution fast. I update 3 primes and lost control on all. Tried hard reset and it won't work. My iPhone won't program won't work or my ai site.
