AI Sol "breathing" white?

I have three AI sol LEDs daisy chained together. My middle unit "breathes" only white, (think like a sleeping laptop light)
I searched but can't turn up anything.
If I unplug and re plug the fixture in all lamps energize.
I also tried switching the power supply but the same thing happens, so that's not it.

Any suggestions?

To clarify, it only breathes white after X time; not all the time

Try switching out the comm cord.
