I unplugged my AI's and plugged them back in. For some reason they lost connection to the wireless contoller. So I tried reconnecting a few times and keeps saying it cant find them. The light on the back is red like it says. Any suggestions? When the light is red it flashes through different color cycles.

If I remember correctly there is a small button on the back of the fixture. If you press and hold the button down it will reset the light and then you should be able to "reconnect" the controller

Follow the directions the others have given you. The instructions state to hold the button for 10 seconds but it will turn solid red before that. When the light is solid red, they have been factory reset. You may also need to factory reset the controller. I was having a couple bugs with my lights. Cloud mode would kick in for no reason and the night mode was not working. I touched base with my contact at AI and they had me update my controller to the newest firmware available. 2.29. If you haven't already updated to it, you should do that as well. Hope this information helps!
