I’ve made an aiptasia wand.
I used it a few weeks ago and it worked well. But I’m not sure if when you cook them into a jelly blob whether it pollutes the water?
The first time I used it for a few weeks after my corals were retracted, but I did a water change just after cooking them and had a big outbreak of diatoms that took me a few weeks to get under control.
I could do with having another cull but I’m worried the same will happen again, I’ve put a poly filter, Seachem phos guard and Seachem carbon in my reactor, that I didn’t have last time I did it. Do you think that would be enough to remove ant toxins if there are any produced during the cull?
I made it a bit different to others I’ve seen, and used stainless steel components and wire, I was worried the electrolysis of copper wire would get into the water. I 3D printed the wand and handles, and use a variable 6-48v 8amp power supply.

I have a diy zapper as well, I didn't notice what you experienced, but agree that granulated activated carbon will help pull that out.

Yes, it's low DC voltage. It basically uses electrolysis to zap the pest.
