Aiptasia?

Hello all,

I pulled these off the glass in my filtration unit…are these aiptasia?

I think those are actually pineapple sponges.

It would be better next time to try to get a picture of them still in the water.

Agree they may be sponges. If you still have them fill glass with water and put them in. If aiptasia they will open within a short time and be very obvious. If sponges they stay about same size

they are sponges after further inspection and some research. Thanks everyone.
