Guys, I am looking for a mechanism to automate the lifting and lowering of the light fixture. Looking for ideas! Thanks in advance :)

Looks good!

How much did you end up paying for those Orphek lights? I’m still deciding on which fixtures to go with on my 262 gallon build.

Around $3500. It’s way better than radions, at 20k it looks like the 400w mh radium bulb I use to run.

Looks great but the see through nature cancels out the no wires in the tank approach courtesy of ecotech

Was that Bashea Sump custom made or a standard model?

What are the dimensions and how much did it cost?

I just ordered a CL60 from Synergy so I’m hoping I made the right choice for my setup!
The Bashsea is custom made. Its 6 feet long, 24 inch deep and 16 inches tall. IT costed $2400.

I am so impressed with the build quality of bashsea and the attention to details.

Probably price went up after Trump increased Tariffs on China hehe. The lights are made in Hong Kong.

Lol!

Well if that’s the reason, I don’t have a problem with it!

I’d much rather purchase American made products anyway. What is a comparable product made in USA?

Unfortunately there is nothing close to this lights made in the USA. These lights are way better than the best light made in the USA, the overpriced Radions. I was amazed to see how it matches the look of the 20K radium bulbs at 20K setting.

Finally the tank is fully up and running. The customaquarium overflow is so silent that the only thing I hear now is the MP60 QD running.

Also got the Tunze Calcium reactor dialed in.

No, they don’t do rimless or euro braced tanks.
They do make rimless tanks. Even very large tanks.

Sorry, my mistake! When I ordered, I was under the impression they didn’t.

They do make great tanks though!
