What kind of algae is this? Bubbles come and go. Some algae are short others are long. Also how do I get rid of it

You don't get rid of them you just change (improve) conditions so they aren't blooming out of control.

Can you post a complete set of test results and if possible measure your lights with a light meter?

If you don't have a light meter, start with a downloadable free app lux meter. Post your results and we can make sure you're on the right foot with it! :)

In the long run a handheld lux meter cost less than $15, gives better readings, and it safer to use over your saltwater tank.
