Algae?

Can anybody tell me what this dark purple mat is taking over my frags please. It doesn't come off like Cyano but it is slimey.

Not sure what species that is but you can always drip peroxide on the suspected algae, bacteria.
Let sit for 5 minutes and put back on the rack
